RECOMMENDATIONS

Process Transformation

I had the pleasure of working with Anish on a complex 6 month Process Improvement project. Anish is a confident leader and facilitator. He is able to influence stakeholders at many levels, including Director level. He is an expert in his field, highly regarded by his stakeholders, and the individuals he coaches, to solve business problems.

Shelly Cartwright

Lean/Continuous Improvement

Anish is truly passionate about “improvement” using Lean tools and techniques, always putting people on the forefront of change. He is renowned for designing high impact trainings, targeting multiple audience and level of seniority.

Francois Le Bouquin

Coaching

Anish is a fantastic coach, with an unparalleled curiosity and infectious enthusiasm to help individuals (and by extension the companies they work for) be successful.

It was through this endeavour that I witnessed the transformative effects Anish’s focus on the all-important (yet often overlooked) human aspects of operations can have on an organisation’s culture – one where people readily embrace new ways of thinking and working.

Theresa Jameson

Change Consultancy

Anish is a role model to those that want to execute change effectively. He has a long history of change delivery achieved through his support and mentoring of senior leaders and practitioners alike
