We've all been "nudged" to a greater or lesser extent since the beginning of the COVID19 crisis in Feb 2020.

 

As an extension to the 30Day Experiment, this period got me thinking about the types of routines we now find ourselves in.

I created these to promote webinars I was holding on the subject of habit formation. They are slightly tongue in cheek but serve to remind us of our unique ability to adapt or not, as the case may be.
